​I specialise in supporting adults who want to better understand themselves, overcome personal and relationship challenges, and live with greater clarity and confidence. I practice integratively, allowing us to tailor the work to your unique needs and experiences.

MY APPROACH

My approach is deeply relational, and combines Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Existential and Behavioural theories and techniques, as well as EMDR. Above all, it is founded on empathy, respect, and collaboration, ensuring that you feel heard and understood.

 

Our therapeutic relationship is the most important part of our work together, built on trust, compassion, and shared commitment to your growth. It is underpinned by my solid educational foundation, continuous professional development, and exceptional standards of care and ethical practice as a UKCP registered and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor.

I provide inclusive, affirmative support to individuals from all backgrounds. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, faiths, and abilities, and I am committed to anti-oppressive practice and working with cultural sensitivity and awareness. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, respected, and free to be yourself, recognising that everyone's experience is shaped by their unique intersectional identity.

QUALIFICATIONS

I hold a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) in Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counselling, and I'm a registered and accredited member of the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). This accreditation reflects the high standards in training, professional experience, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development that I meet.

In addition to my core qualifications, I have undertaken additional training in person-centred counselling, autism, and nutrition and health. I am currently completing accredited EMDR training, which is due to be finished in July 2026. I engage in regular clinical supervision.

EXPERIENCE

I have several years of experience in both long-term and short-term psychotherapeutic counselling, having worked in private practice and charitable organisations, and as a bereavement support volunteer for Cruse.

The East Building, Holland Court, The Close, Norwich, NR1 4DY​, or online UK-wide.

My room is in a private, quiet, confidential space, however it can only be reached via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. I am happy to offer remote sessions online if this is not appropriate for you. There is access to a toilet.

FEES

Sessions last 50 minutes and are priced at £65. I offer weekly sessions in Norwich or online across the UK via secure video platform.​
